
A small group online class comprising of max 4 trainees making it a semi-personal training session. The class is designed based on the group’s current Fitness levels taking into account any injury or medical condition. In the Online Semi Private Class, one can choose to join either Yoga Class or Strength training class or both as these are conveniently paced over the week. It involves both compound and accessory exercises.
